At the sewage reception station, the tankers are connected to the intake system via a “Perrot” quick coupling and an electrically – operated ball valve. During the discharge phase, solids exceeding the size of the screen openings remain trapped. As a result, the sewage level upstream of the screen rises and once it reaches a preset value, both the screw conveyor and the screening washer activate. The solids are lifted, washed and compressed / dewatered before being discharged.
Our compact systems carry out various mechanical pre-treatments such as screening, screenings treatment, sand removal, sand classification, grease separation and removal, all in one unit.
