SCREW SCREEN WITH/ WITHOUT COMPACTOR
Screw screens are used in the primary screening stage involving any kind of wastewater. In particular, vertical screw screen compactors are used in pumping stations to protect the pumps. This is the case with the vertical compacting screw screen.
These types of machines are fundamental in mechanical fine, medium or coarse screening processes aimed at separating solids in all kinds of depuration plants.

MOD. S-SC
Two versions are available depending on the type of application: one foresees a screw screen installed directly in the channel whereas the other one can be equipped with a tank fitted with a liquid inlet and outlet flange and, on request, a lateral by-pass screen. Both versions are available with or without the compactor zone. The main advantages of both include low initial investment costs and low maintenance. Also, their excellent performance rules out any risk of clogging or blockage due to the presence of fibrous or lengthy debris.
MOD. S.MINI
This type of machine is used in solid-liquid separation processes. It is equipped with a perforated sieve or a wedge wire depending on the type of application, besides a conveyor section and a discharge outlet that can be fitted with a chute or a Longopac bagging system. Screenings are conveyed by a shaft located in the screen section fitted with bolted brushes for cleaning the basket. The machine is normally supplied with an inlet pipe.
MOD. TS-TSC
Screw screens are highly effective in the pre-treatment of any type of municipal or industrial wastewater. They are installed inside a self-supporting tank at an inclination of 35 ° from ground level. This version is composed of a self-supporting tank complete of a hinged upper cover fitted with a safety microswitch, a vent, a 1″ threaded tube to accommodate the level indicator (not included), and a flange inlet and outlet. The whole part that comes into contact with the effluent is made of stainless steel while the fastening flange is made of aluminium.
MOD. VS-VSC
Vertical screw screens are used for pre-treating all kinds of municipal or industrial wastewater. They are mostly used in pumping stations to protect the pumps. According to the type of application, they are available with or without a compactor zone. The main advantages of these machines are low initial investment costs and subsequent low maintenance.
