Screw Washer Compactor<\/h1>\n

This machine consists of a screw compactor for washing, compacting and conveying screened material and wet waste. The machine pushes the material through a pipeline or against a counter-pressure device, thus generating high forces capable of compacting and dewatering the material. A washing system fitted with nozzles is positioned along the conveyor route for draining the screenings as they move towards the compactor zone.<\/p>\n

Mod. X-S.COMP<\/h2>\n

The X-S.COMP shaftless screw compactor combines three operations: drainage, conveyance and compaction. The screenings enter the hopper and are moved to the compactor and dewatering zone by means of the shaftless screw conveyor, and then finally unloaded into a container. The water drained in the compactor zone is conveyed to the machine inlet where it can be discharged or reused for further treatments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
