Mod. X-RA e X-RAD<\/strong><\/h2>\n

X-RA and X-RAD are designed for sludge thickening and dewatering processes<\/strong>. They represent a valid alternative to conventional machines as they are designed to achieve high thickening and dewatering performance combined with lower energy and maintenance costs. In both versions, influent sludge is conditioned by means of a polyelectrolyte treatment to achieve proper sludge flocculation, thus optimizing machine operation.<\/p>\n

The X-RA version is composed of a flocculation reactor and a dynamic thickener. Compared to the previous versions, this machine features a module for mechanical sludge dewatering<\/strong>, which can be installed at a later stage to avoid plant stoppage. In fact, if the X-RAD version is installed in combination with sludge dewatering device and the latter needs to undergo maintenance, a third module takes the place of the one undergoing maintenance.<\/p>\n

The machine is mainly made of AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel<\/strong>. An additional polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing system and an electrical control panel can be supplied upon request.<\/p>\n

The thickeners\/dehydrators<\/strong> we make are used in a variety of sectors: energy and electric power sector, mining\/metallurgy, water treatment, and recycling<\/strong>. In general, they are perfect systems that can be applied to production plants that use large amounts of water, with the aim of purifying it and putting it back into circulation free of sludge, pollutants and other wastes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The X-RA and X-RAD models<\/strong> are specially developed to reduce and amortize investment, operating, and maintenance costs.<\/p>\n
