Customized sand classifiers<\/h1>\n

Our products are highly efficient in separating sand from wastewater. After settling at the bottom, the sand is removed by a solids screw extractor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our sand classifiers consist of an inclined screw conveyor fitted with a large feeding hopper and complete of a liquid inlet and outlet flange, a shaftless helicoid flight positioned inside a trough protected by HDPE anti-wear coating or stainless steel bars<\/strong>, a solid discharge outlet, trough lids and a motor mounted at the discharge end.<\/p>\n

Effluent flows through the sand classifier inlet and reaches the settling hopper where particle sedimentation occurs. The low rotation speed of the screw facilitates the sedimentation and subsequent extraction of the drained material through the upper outlet. The clear water flows through the side outlet of the hopper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mod. X-GC<\/h2>\n

This type of machine is used for separating sandy material from water<\/strong>. The water enters the hopper and the sand sinks to the bottom. The sand is then extracted by the screw conveyor that rotates at a low speed to avoid turbulence, and as such, improves process efficiency.<\/p>\n
