MODEL SEP2<\/h2>\n

This machine is designed to carry out primary treatments, in particular, screening and desanding of septic sewage that is directly unloaded from the tanker and introduced into the system through a Perrot DN100 quick coupling. The sewage passes through the screen to remove larger particles. The screenings are then washed and compressed before being discharged. The screened sewage travels further down from the screen until it reaches the sedimentation tank, where heavy particles, with the aid of an air blowing system, sink to the bottom. After that, they are collected and accumulated by a horizontal screw conveyor and then removed by an extractor screw.<\/span><\/p>\n

The machine consists of a reception tank fitted with a quick coupling and a motorized ball valve, plus a screw screen fitted with a final compaction system<\/strong>. The reception tank is connected to the sedimentation tank that features a collection screw at the bottom plus a sand extractor screw. The screening, conveyor and compactor units are equipped with a washing system to remove organic content from screenings before they are compressed and discharged.<\/p>\n
